Hi,

Thanks for visiting my site and having a look at my work. I'm David, (Dave to my friends) and I'm a creative and extremely passionate wedding photographer based in the beautiful Ribble Valley, Lancashire. I'm very fortunate that my work enables me to travel around the country and beyond capturing some amazing weddings.

To tell you a bit about me, I'm a devoted husband, father, foodie, lens lover and professional procrastinator. I've been a wedding photographer for the last 8 years, and I can honestly say that as each year goes by, my love for wedding photography grows. I’m honoured that I get to work with more and more fantastic venues alongside many talented local suppliers. And most of all, I get to hang out with some brilliant couples on the happiest day of their lives. Without them, I wouldn't be able to do what I do and I'm truly grateful to each and every one of them for trusting me to capture their special day.

I always approach every wedding with a fresh pair of eyes, even though there are many venues I love and have worked at before, it's all about you! It's about your family, your friends, and the fun of having them all together in one place at the same time . As a couple, you don't want a repetition of someone else's day. Your day is unique and I want to capture it that way.

I'm there from preparation to party - I wouldn’t want to miss any corkers from your day, so if Uncle Bill is doing the Caterpillar on the dance floor and amusing your guests - why would I want to pack up and leave the fun. I love hunting out a dramatic backdrop and finding some beautiful light so I can get some shots of you both enjoying a few peaceful moments together, but for the most part I like to mingle and tell your story as the day unfolds.
