Terms and conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior written notice. If I need to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to join on a new date.

3. Workshop Access

This is a live online workshop. A link and joining instructions will be sent 24–48 hours before the event. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection.

4. Recording & Content Use

The session may be recorded for replay purposes. By attending, you agree not to record or distribute any part of the workshop yourself. All content shared (slides, PDFs, videos) is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced without permission.

5. Conduct

This is a supportive, inclusive learning environment. I reserve the right to remove any attendee who behaves disruptively, disrespectfully, or inappropriately, without refund.

6. Results & Responsibility

This workshop is designed to provide guidance, ideas, and insight based on my experience as a professional wedding photographer. Results may vary, and participation does not guarantee bookings or income. You are responsible for your own business decisions and implementation.
