BEST OF 2022

Phew!

Well 2022 was bonkers. Awesome, but bonkers! With the last of the C words postponements taking my weddings from the usual 30 to 47, I pretty much spent all of last year either at a wedding or at the desk editing them… And ironing shirts…47 times! But it’s flown by in the blink of an eye and here I am looking over my favourites from another blinder of a year.

I photographed weddings from the highlands in Scotlands to a stunning vineyard in Bordeaux. A boat on the Thames in scorching sun, to a rave in the woods. The stunning Sefton Palm house and Owen House barn, and regular faves Holmes Mill and Mitton Hall. And I photographed 2 other amazingly talented wedding photographers weddings - slightly daunting - but so much fun. Finally, I finished the year at a stunning Jewish wedding in London with my good friend Patrick Mateer.

I’d like to say a huge heartfelt Thank you to each and every couple who had me be a part of their amazing wedding. I’m already looking forward to what 2023 has in store.

I was honoured to be the ‘This is Reportage’ Story teller of the year for the second year running. To be named it once was incredible but a second time was unbelievable and something I never expected.

I also came in the top 3 in the world for the 3rd year running.
